1 package crabmeat
3 Roma tomatoes
4-5 green onions, chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced fine
ginger to taste (use fresh if possible)
salt and pepper to taste
splash of lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine or chicken broth
3 T. butter

First, melt butter in skillet on medium high, saute onions, tomatoes, and garlic. Add ginger, then wine or broth. Simmer, til tomatoes are cooked, not more than 15 minutes. Cook and drain pasta, then place in serving dish. Take 1/2 c. of reserved pasta cooking water and pour over the skillet mixture. Add the crabmeat and simmer til hot. Pour over pasta. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, if desired.
