1/4 c. whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 T. plus 1 tsp. honey
2 T. mustard
3 (5-oz.) salmon fillets
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Mix breadcrumbs, pecans, honey and mustard. Spread the chunky mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Put the salmon in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
