If you don’t have any leftover turkey to use, substitute the sliced smoked turkey breast always available at Ranch Foods Direct.

1/2 c. mayo
1 T. fresh orange juice
3 c. cooked turkey, chopped
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 c. toasted pecans, chopped

Mix the mayo and orange juice in a large bowl until blended. Add in the remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend.
