One baguette
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. minced chives
1 T. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 lbs. shaved deli-style roast beef
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
additional minced chives

Cut bread into 36 slices. Brush with olive oil, place on ungreased baking sheet, sprinkle with pepper and bake at 400 degrees 4-6 minutes til lightly browned. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, chives, horseradish and salt. Top the toasts with beef. Add a generous dollop of sour cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with blue cheese and chives.
