2/3 c. prepared balsamic vinaigrette
2 T. Dijon-style mustard
4 beef sirloin tip steaks
1 lb. fresh asparagus
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. Remove and reserve 2 T. of it. Place beef steaks in remaining marinade and toss to coat. Set aside. Remove steaks from marinade and discard. Grill or cook to desired doneness. If grilling, add the asparagus during the last three minutes, turning once. Season cooked steaks and asparagus with salt and pepper.
