Ingredients:
3 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter

Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Butter square baking dish. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a larger bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix together. Spread the mixture in the prepared dish and bake 35-45 minutes til oatmeal is browned on top and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cut into pieces and serve warm topped with fresh cream, raisins, seasoned fruit or chopped nuts.
