Feeds at least 4

1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 lb. (2 sticks) margarine
1 tsp. rosemary
3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 lemons or limes, sliced thin
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce, optional
1 tsp. garlic
5 lbs. raw wild-caught shrimp, washed and drained

In pot, bring first 9 ingredients to a boil. Spread shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour hot mixture over shrimp. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir halfway through baking to make sure liquid continues to cover shrimp. Serve with garlic bread and dip the bread in the sauce that forms in the bottom of the pan. Serve a green salad on the side.
