Big bunch of radishes, sliced or chopped
3 green onions or garlic scapes
2 T. fresh dill, chopped
Place above ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix together the following:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Pour over salad, cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Take from fridge and add:
1/2 c. roasted salted sunflower seeds
1/2 c. diced or shredded Swiss cheese
Mix together and serve.
