Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 gallon milk

Directions:
Whisk together ingredients in a 6 qt Dutch oven until blended; gradually whisk in the milk. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Transfer to 6 qt slow-cooker and keep warm on low setting. Garnish with miniature marshmallows, if desired.
