Thursday March 9th 7-9 PM – Cost $50 – $100 per person*

This hands-on cooking class will give you the essential knowledge to properly select, trim, and season a brisket for smoking or oven roasting. Course fee includes a brisket you will prepare, as well as smoked brisket samples, and a beer tasting/pairing guide presented by Bristol Brewing!

COURSE Syllabus:
1. History, selection and cooking methods of brisket.
Presented by Ranch Foods Direct Pit-Master, Chris Webb
2. Seasoning, sauces, and smokers.
Presented by Colorado Springs Grill Store
3. Hands on brisket preparation including trimming & seasoning.
Students will be preparing their own brisket to take home!
Hands on technique taught by Pit-Master, Chris Webb
4. Sampling of pre-smoked brisket with Bristol Beer tasting & pairing tips.
Presented by Bristol Brewing & Ranch Foods Direct.

*Students may select either a brisket flat ($50) or whole brisket ($100)
to prepare during class, which they will take home to cook.
